Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Manager specializing in UK Accounting, located in the Mohali district. The Team Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, including reviewing financial statements, supervising the preparation of journal entries, and managing fixed assets and related processes. The role requires budget oversight, analysis to support financial decisions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and handling Fixed Assets
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Expertise in executing Journal Entries and sound knowledge of Accounting principles
• Background in Finance, including budgeting and regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus
• Experience working with UK accounting standards and practices is highly desirable
