Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in the Mohali district. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts, reviewing financial transactions for accuracy, implementing financial controls, and contributing to strategic financial planning. The role also requires collaboration with team members and stakeholders to facilitate informed financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and managing Australian accounts
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of cloud-based accounting software and implementation of system strategies
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role with demonstrated track record of success is highly desirable
