  • Sales Team Management: Achieve monthly growth and sales targets by successfully managing and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Recruitment & Training: Lead the recruitment process, set clear objectives for team members, provide coaching, and monitor performance to ensure continuous development.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Build strong and long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and increase the team's referral business potential.
  • Experience in Sales: Proven experience as a sales representative or manager, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Timeshare Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the timeshare industry, with a strong business acumen.
  • Reporting: Regular reporting to the Branch Manager or Regional Manager on team performance, targets, and progress.
