Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai for a Team Leader at TaskUs. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, manage performance metrics, and ensure team members meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations. The role involves coaching, developing, and supporting team members, resolving escalations, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing strategies to optimize performance will also be central to the role.

• Leadership and people management skills, including team training, mentoring, and performance management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage data and track performance metrics
• Proficiency in identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, implementing improvements
• Experience in customer service, process management, or relevant industries
• Adaptability in handling escalations and offering effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
