Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client engagement, lead generation, and negotiation
  • Team Leadership and People Management abilities to inspire and drive a sales team
  • Market Research and Strategy Development skills to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant sales technologies
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
