Team Lead – Field Sales
Role: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business growth and sales targets through effective team management, customer acquisition, and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the overall performance of the sales team.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive field sales through lead conversion, customer visits, and relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities and channel partners.
- Manage customer relationships and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the sales process and maintain CRM records.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of B2C field sales experience required.
- 2–3 years of Team Lead / team-handling experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales acumen and business judgment.
- Strong organizational and resource-management skills.
