Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute lead generation strategies
  • Evaluate customer skills and needs to build productive, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work closely on product development and implementation
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate (BSc or MSc) in Microbiology or Chemistry with good understanding of basic marketing
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
