Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader / Relationship Manager to manage luxury brand relationships and lead the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience, and driving sales growth for premium apparel, home, textile, and décor brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with luxury brand partners and high-value clients.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and luxury shopping experience.
  • Coordinate with brands for product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Train and motivate team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle VIP clients and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store standards align with luxury brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, home décor, or textile industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good understanding of luxury customer behavior and market trends.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and manage brand expectations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with luxury international brands.
  • Strong networking and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising.
