Job Title: Content Writer - (Communications team)

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Content Writer to create high-quality, long-form content within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) space. This role requires the ability to translate business strategy, financial data, and market insights into clear, credible, and compelling narratives.

The ideal candidate will have strong editorial judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to deliver impactful thought leadership content across formats such as research reports, articles, and PR communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-form content including thought leadership articles, research reports, whitepapers, and industry insights
  • Translate financial concepts, data, and business strategy into engaging and easy-to-understand narratives
  • Create and edit press releases and external communication content aligned with brand voice
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and depth of perspective across all content formats
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and shape content direction
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines with strong ownership and attention to detail

Who We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing, preferably within BFSI, fintech, or business journalism
  • Strong experience in long-form writing, research-based content, and thought leadership
  • Solid understanding of the personal finance, insurance, or broader business landscape
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with data, insights, and multiple stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to manage timelines effectively
