Role Overview:
You will be the core driver for our high-stakes editorial projects and internal communication. This role requires a mix of project management, creative writing, and stakeholder coordination.
1. Editorial & Book Management: Oversee annual reports and research publications. Gathering inputs from multiple internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating with design and production agencies.
- Ensuring editorial accuracy, consistency, and high production quality.
- Managing timelines and ensuring on-schedule publication delivery.
You will manage the end-to-end production of four major annual publications:
- Integrated Annual Book: Our Bible containing Finance, HR, and all organizational data.
- Research & Academics: Focused on our academic and research contributions.
- ESG Report: A critical report for investors detailing our environmental and social compliance.
- Clinical Excellence Book: Highlighting our healthcare standards and international compliance across all levels (doctors, nurses, and staff).
2. Internal Communications
- Draft, review, and manage internal communications across departments including HR, IT, and hospital units.
- Create engaging and impactful communication campaigns to celebrate organizational achievements such as awards, certifications, milestones, and employee recognition.
- Ensure communication is tailored, timely, and aligned with organizational tone and culture.
3. Leadership & Executive Writing
- Translate leadership requirements into well-crafted communications.
- Act as a trusted communication partner to senior leadership, ensuring consistency of messaging and tone across all executive communications.
4. Marketing & Content Creation
- Develop engaging content for internal and external digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital, HR, and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure messaging alignment and visual consistency.
- Provide strategic direction on internal communication practices, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Ensure all communication outputs adhere to brand, tone, and governance guidelines.
5. Stakeholder & Agency Management:
- Coordinate with HR, Brand, and Corporate Affairs for consistent messaging. You'll also manage external vendors and budgets for these projects.
6. Budget & Resource Management - Manage budgets allocated for communication, publications, and external agencies.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining quality standards.
Experience & Qualifications
8–10 years of professional experience in writing, editing, and publishing.
A strong marketing flair and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent command of English with the ability to write in a clear, direct, and simple manner.
