Team Leader / Manager, Private Equity Reporting & Investor Solutions (Bangalore, India)

A leading global alternative investment platform is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a specialist reporting team supporting private markets investment strategies.

This role combines team leadership, investor reporting, performance analytics, and stakeholder management, partnering closely with investment, valuation, fundraising, and investor relations professionals across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for private markets reporting and investor deliverables
• Oversee the preparation and review of LP reporting, valuation reporting, and performance reporting materials
• Manage DDQs, RFPs, investor presentations, factsheets, track records, and marketing materials
• Partner with investment, fundraising, and valuation teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Serve as a subject matter expert for reporting processes and client deliverables
• Drive process enhancements, automation initiatives, and reporting efficiencies
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining high quality standards
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and institutional clients

Key Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience within private equity, alternative investments, fund reporting, investor reporting, or performance reporting environments
• Strong understanding of private markets reporting, fund performance metrics, IRR, MOIC, valuation reporting, and LP reporting
• Prior people management or team leadership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
