Team Manager, Private Equity Reporting (Bangalore, India)

A global alternative investment platform is seeking experienced Team Managers to lead Private Equity reporting and portfolio analytics functions supporting institutional investors and senior stakeholders globally.

This role is highly focused on PE performance reporting, LP reporting, investor communications, and portfolio analytics, requiring strong domain expertise and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reporting activities across Private Equity and alternative investment portfolios
• Oversee preparation and review of Investor Reporting, Performance Reporting, LP Reporting, and Client Reporting
• Manage core PE performance metrics including IRR, MOIC, DVPI, TVPI, and portfolio analytics
• Support reporting deliverables including factsheets, track records, valuation reports, pitchbooks, and fund performance summaries
• Partner closely with global stakeholders, investment teams, and senior management
• Mentor and manage team members while ensuring strong delivery quality and SLA adherence
• Handle ad-hoc portfolio analysis, dashboards, and management reporting requests
• Drive process improvements and strengthen reporting frameworks and controls

Key Requirements

• About 8-11 years of experience within Private Equity reporting, fund reporting, or alternative investment operations
• Strong understanding of Private Equity fund structures and reporting processes
• Strong hands-on expertise in IRR, MOIC, DVPI, LP reporting, and investor reporting
• Experience handling stakeholder-facing reporting functions within global environments
• Exposure to reporting platforms such as iLevel, 73Strings, or similar systems advantageous
