Job Title : Team Leader – Logistics
Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Lead to drive end‑to‑end logistics operations for a regulated pharmaceutical/CRDMO environment. This role will be responsible for strategic oversight, operational excellence, vendor partnerships, and team leadership across domestic and international logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute logistics strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance and service levels.
Operations Management
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Manage cold‑chain logistics for temperature‑sensitive pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure audit readiness and support regulatory inspections related to logistics and EXIM activities.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing logistics team based in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and performance governance.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Lead contract negotiations with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
- Develop and sustain a robust Supplier Relationship Framework to drive reliability, compliance, and performance.
Risk & Cost Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain and logistics risks.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality, compliance, or service.
Technology & Process Excellence
- Implement digital tools to enhance end‑to‑end supply chain visibility.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across logistics processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 15–20 years of progressive logistics experience in Pharma / CRDMO / API environments.
- Strong expertise in handling regulated pharmaceutical and API shipments.
- In‑depth knowledge of Indian and international EXIM regulations.
- Proven experience managing global logistics vendors and cross‑border operations.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in scaling teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
