Position : HR Consultant
Location : Hyderabad
Role overview: The HR Consultant partners with business and HR leadership to design, transform, and optimize HR processes, operating models, and technologies. The role focuses on HR strategy, process improvement, shared services/GCC transitions, and change management to deliver measurable business outcomes across NAM, EMEA and APAC region
Key Responsibilities
HR Advisory & Transformation
- Advise clients on end‑to‑end HR transformation, including operating model redesign and process optimization
- Conduct HR due‑diligence and current‑state assessments across regions and functions
- Define future‑state HR models (COE, Shared Services, GCC, hybrid)
- Support HR transition planning and execution (scope, phasing, KT, governance)
Process & Operating Model Design
- Map and standardize HR sub‑functions and processes (Hire‑to‑Retire)
- Identify opportunities for centralization, automation, and AI enablement
- Design SIPOCs, L1/L2 process maps, SLAs, and RACI models
- Support policy harmonization and global process consistency
Technology & Data Enablement
- Advise on HRIS strategy (SAP, Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Partner with technology teams on HR system optimization and integrations
- Enable HR analytics and reporting for workforce insights
- Identify and shape AI / automation use cases across HR
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Engage with regional HR heads, HRBPs, and business leaders
- Support change impact assessments and communication plans
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with global stakeholders
- Drive adoption of new HR processes and models
Required Skills & Experience
- 20+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, or HR operations
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end HR functions (TA, C&B, Payroll, HR Ops, L&D, ER)
- Experience with Shared Services / GCC / CoE models
- Hands‑on experience with process design, transition planning, and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR data concepts
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
