Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Candidates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with strong communication and leadership potential can apply.
• Prior experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial services, business development, recruitment, or team management will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and relationship-management skills.
