Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to clients.
Lead a team of consultants, ensuring they meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their knowledge of insurance policies.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product development and sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience.
Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications related to insurance (e.g., IRDA certification) will be an advantage.
