Job Description

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals

• Quality Management System: Oversee deployment, governance, and maintenance of QMS

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and organizational standards

• Stakeholder Advisory: Provide expert guidance on quality strategy and risk mitigation

• Performance Monitoring: Drive KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and executive summaries

• Audits & Reviews: Manage internal/external audits, quality checks, and CAPA processes

• Process Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Automation: Drive digital transformation of QMS for efficiency and traceability

• Customer Engagement: Act as liaison for audits, certifications, and quality concerns

• Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute high-impact improvement initiatives
