  • Strong understanding of the tools used in Engineer to Order (ETO) processes and their interconnections, including data flows and system interfaces. Ability to visualize the broader ecosystem across ERP, PLM, MES and how these systems operate within ARS Productline such as P&S, MCC, and LVA plants.
  • Develop and lead cross functional systems teams across CAD, PLM (3DS ENOVIA), ERP (MAPICS, SAP), and EPLAN to design and deliver future state processes and systems for the ES A ARS business.
  • Transform the current Engineer to Order (ETO) process into a future state model to improve productivity, eliminate design and BOM errors, avoid duplication of work, improve efficiency, and drive toward zero engineering lead time to reduce overall cycle time.
  • Drive automated manufacturing routings that enable a seamless flow from EBOM to MBOM and ERP BOM, in collaboration with Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing teams.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to recommend, propose, and deploy the most suitable ERP, MES, and PLM solutions, and ensure seamless integration with all existing tools and systems.
  • Support shop floor efficiency and productivity improvement initiatives together with Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing functions.
  • Define, lead, and deliver future state ETO to CTO (Configure to Order) processes using art of the possible thinking to bring innovation and simplification.
  • Own process and system transformation initiatives across ARS level manufacturing plants.
  • Collaborate with Global IT, EFE, and AME teams to ensure successful deployment of enterprise level digital transformation programs across all plants.
  • Conduct current state assessments at plants and develop implementation roadmaps aligned with Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders.
  • Work closely with plant PMO teams, providing technical leadership and owning executive level weekly reporting.
  • Design and deliver training curricula, including Train the Trainer programs, to build and sustain long term capability across teams.

Qualifications


Bachelors/Masters in engineering or equivalent

Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Systems and Process transformation of Order to deliverary including Sales, Bid, Application engineering, ETO, Manufacturing, SCM, Quality. Minimum 5 years as people manager managing software domain expertise.

Skills



  • Deep expertise in process and system implementation, including CAD, PLM (3DS ENOVIA), ERP (MAPICS, SAP), and EPLAN.
  • Proven track record of leading largescale digital and system transformation programs.
  • Strong experience with digital twin technologies for process optimization and system automation.
  • Demonstrated leadership in organizational change management (OCM) at large scale.
  • Ability to align and collaborate with global, cross functional stakeholders.
  • Strong conflict management and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Executive level communication skills, including presentations to senior leadership and C suite executives.
  • Experience driving complex programs through PMO led governance models.
  • Proven ability to work with and lead multi continental, diverse teams.
  • Master's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, or Management.
  • Strong functional knowledge across RSAE, COE, PLE, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT domains.

Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff in global environment, Inluencing, Drive for Result
