• Collaborate with project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams
• Prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and updates effectively
• Provide consultative support on business and technology initiatives
Testing, Implementation & Support
• Participate in QA processes to validate solution functionality
• Ensure acceptance criteria and definition of done are met
• Support implementation, user training, and service transition
• Maintain and enhance applications post-deployment
