Job Description

Plan and execute VTM (Value Transaction Management) activities efficiently and within defined TAT.
Interact with clients during the process and manage client expectations effectively.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients throughout the process.
Ensure post-process management of forms, including proper storage, indexing, and Xeroxing.
Manage team attendance and reallocate work in case of absenteeism to maintain productivity.
Maintain team morale, motivate staff, and ensure adherence to organizational work ethics.
Monitor and ensure quality and accuracy in all process activities.
