Roles and Responsibilities
Process & TAT Management
- Ensure all activities are completed within the defined turnaround time (TAT)
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensure post-process activities such as indexing and Xeroxing are completed correctly and forms are stored in designated locations
Client Interaction & Reporting
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding process status
- Provide timely updates and reports to clients during the process
Attendance & Team Management
- Manage team attendance and allocate work in case of absenteeism
- Motivate the team to maintain high morale and achieve productivity goals
- Ensure adherence to organizational work ethics and standards
