Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role based in Kolkata. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and coordinate team activities to achieve targets, and ensure effective execution of strategic plans. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring adherence to organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively lead diverse teams
• Experience in financial services, including Brokerage, Research, and Advisory
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Adept at multitasking and working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial tools and platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous leadership or management experience in financial services is highly desirable
