Job Description

Position - Social Media Team Lead

Location - Kolkata

Experience - 2 Year +

Salary Range - Upto 30 k

Job Summary:

As a Social Media Team Lead, you will be responsible for handling the team and overseeing

the execution of social media strategies. You will analyze social media metrics and create

actionable insights to drive growth and engagement. Your expertise in content

development, creative conceptualization, and campaign planning will ensure the success of

all social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn & Pinterest

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of social media executives to ensure

timely and efficient execution of campaigns.

2. Actionable Insights: Create actionable insights from social media metrics (Facebook,

Instagram,Youtube & LinkedIn) and data to drive growth and engagement.

3. Content Strategy: Use your content development expertise to conceptualize and plan

result-oriented social media campaigns.

4. Content Calendar: Develop content calendars and topic frameworks, ensuring

consistent content updates across relevant social channels.

5. Metrics Definition: Define and track the most important social media metrics to

measure success.

6. Content Management: Manage and oversee all social media content across Facebook

and Instagram, ensuring consistency and quality.

7. Campaign Performance: Measure the success of social media campaigns and report on

their effectiveness in achieving goals.

8. Trends & Technologies: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best

practices, and technologies.

9. Social Listening Tools: Use social media listening tools to monitor brand mentions,

trends, and audience sentiment.

10. Collaboration: Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is both

informative and visually appealing.

11. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product

Development teams to align social media strategies with business goals.

12. Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their social marketing objectives

and ensure their goals are met. Manage day-to-day communications, including emails

and phone calls with clients.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with conversational

proficiency in Bengali and Hindi.

Tech-savvy and AI-savvy to leverage the latest tools and technologies in social media

marketing.

Proven experience in team handling and managing social media campaigns effectively.

Ability to develop creative content strategies and analyze performance data.

Qualification:

Graduate or Post-graduate in any discipline.
