Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and role-playing exercises.
  • Develop outbound sales scripts, email templates, and pitch materials.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Ensure accurate and timely use of CRM tools and reporting.
  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing complex deals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 1 year in Team handling.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
