About the Role

Are you an ambitious IT Sales professional seeking your next leadership opportunity ByteNex is looking for a dynamic IT Sales Lead to drive business development and revenue growth across our consulting and staffing services. This is an onsite-only position with no remote or work-from-home option, requiring your presence at our office during your chosen shift. You will lead end-to-end sales initiatives, forge strategic client relationships, and mentor a high-potential sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business within IT consulting and staffing
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise-level organizations
  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of junior and mid-level sales representatives (2 direct reports)
  • Collaborate with company leadership to align sales targets with company objectives
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and forecasting
  • Stay current on technology trends (Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, NetSuite, RevOps) and market developments

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT services sales experience, preferably in consulting and staffing
  • Solid understanding of enterprise technology solutions and business value propositions
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and pipeline management
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
