Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Grow distribution and market share through extensive product deployment and sales in the assigned area.
  2. Recruit, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  3. Plan market size, span, and geographies for field sales efforts (FSE).
  4. Monitor, audit, and validate sales team performance to ensure quality and target achievement.

Job Requirements:

  1. 2-8 years of experience in sales and distribution or business development.
  2. Graduation or MBA with a focus on sales or business development.
  3. Ability to coach, mentor, and manage a sales team effectively.
  4. Strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
