About bloom

bloom, is backed by build3, a women-led wellness retreat and personal growth experience in Goa, designed to facilitate deep inner work, conscious leadership, and meaningful community. It is intentionally small and deeply purposeful.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of revenue generation and brand amplification for bloom.

The Role

This is a revenue-first role. You will own the entire lead-to-conversion journey from first contact to confirmed participant. You will be the bridge between a curious prospect and a transformative experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and guiding people toward experiences that can genuinely impact their lives. While it is a sales role, we are looking for someone who approaches conversations with curiosity, empathy, and a strong sense of service.

Your mission, should you choose to accept

  • End-to-end sales cycle: calling, nurturing, and converting qualified leads
  • Multi-channel follow-up across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, email, and phone
  • Timely escalation of warm/hot leads to the broader team, never lose a near-close
  • Collecting payments and closing the loop from enquiry to enrollment
  • Maintaining accurate records of all lead interactions and pipeline status
  • Responding promptly and professionally to all inbound enquiries

What Success Looks Like

Each bloom circle holds 40 women, your job is to fill every seat. Leads don't go cold on your watch. This role requires someone who is not rigidly attached to a script but can learn from every call. You should be comfortable sharing feedback, adapting your pitch based on what resonates with potential participants, and working collaboratively with the team to continuously improve the sales process with the goal of closing retreat tickets.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years in sales, growth, or marketing, ideally in wellness, coaching, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience selling high-ticket offers (₹30,000 programs preferred)
  • Comfort with direct selling, you can close on a call without being push.
  • Emotional intelligence: you listen deeply and meet people where they are
  • Strong ownership mindset, you track your numbers and take accountability
  • Excellent communication across written and spoken channels
  • Patience, warmth, and a lead-centric approach to every interaction
  • Alignment with wellness, personal growth, and conscious living
  • Comfortable across sales and marketing tools like Zoho (CRM), Razorpay, HubSpot, Notion, Typeform, Mailchimp, Calendly, Google Analytics, or Metabase. You don't need to know all of them, but familiarity with most is expected.

What You Can Expect From Us

We're a young, growing company, we won't pretend otherwise. What we offer is real, even if it isn't corporate.

  • For sufficiently qualified candidates compensation is fixed at INR 25k-30k per month.
  • A home in Goa during retreats, we'll help you find your footing. If you're comfortable with shared accommodation, we have facilities available to you at no cost.
  • Profit share after 18–24 months, based on performance. We compensate modestly at the start, and share generously as we grow, together.
