Team Lead/Recruiter

Job Description

Day-to-Day Insight Global is seeking a qualified Team Lead Recruiter to support a leading global AI automation platform client of ours. This role involves working with both on and offshore based teams within the US, Europe and South America based locations. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with both teams consisting of around 18-22 personal. They will be responsible for allocating recruiting requirements within the technical, sales, and engineering fields providing quality candidates for the client using VMS-Greenhouse for candidate sourcing. Working hours will be between 8-12 EST time to allow for consistent communication with their global team.

Key Responsibilities · Using Greenhouse for candidate sourcing · Global communication with US based team ○ Relaying status updates, screenings, and general communication · Allocating responsibilities across team of 18-22 for sourcing needs
