Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate field sales and telesales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Mandatory hands-on experience in handling both field sales and telesales teams
- Plan and execute field sales and telesales strategies to improve productivity and conversions
- Conduct regular field visits and call reviews with team members for coaching and performance improvement
- Monitor field activities, telesales calling performance, attendance, and daily productivity
- Ensure achievement of field and telesales revenue targets and overall business growth
- Train and onboard new sales executives for field sales and telesales processes
- Maintain MIS, reports, and performance dashboards for field & telesales teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards across field and telesales operations
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales & Telesales with Team Handling
- Must have managed both field sales teams and telesales teams (mandatory)
- Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations and telesales processes
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset with ability to manage hybrid sales teams
