KRS Educreations is seeking an experienced Telesales Team Lead to manage and drive the performance of the telesales team, which is responsible for handling leads, improving conversions, and supporting franchise admissions and inquiries. The role requires strong team leadership, hands-on sales expertise, and excellent command of CRM and sales tools.
About the Role
The Telesales Team Lead will oversee the telesales team, ensuring they meet their targets and manage leads effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Ensure effective handling, follow-ups, and conversion of inbound and outbound leads
- Monitor call quality, lead aging, and conversion ratios
- Train team members on sales scripts, objection handling, and best practices
- Maintain and optimize lead flow, allocation, and tracking using CRM tools
- Coordinate with marketing, franchise, and admissions teams for smooth lead management
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management
Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 12 years in a team lead role
Required Skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive conversions
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven and process-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and telesales tools, including Auto-dialing Tools
- LeadSquared experience is highly preferred
- Comfortable with dashboards, reporting, and lead analytics
