About the Role :
We are looking for a Team Lead for our office in Bengaluru.
You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth.
Location: Yelahanka
The charter for this role will include :
- Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)
- Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team
- Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
- Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors
- Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
- Report & Data Management
- Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
- Pipeline forecast & Management
- Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors
Ideal Persona would :
- The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)
- 1+ Years of experience in study abroad.
- Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines
- Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences
- Experience in working with CRMs is desirable.
- Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
- Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
- Hunger to move from an individual counselling role to one where you lead a team and drive numbers.
