Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead position located in Gurugram. The Team Lead will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate across teams, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, setting goals, monitoring progress, streamlining workflows, and ensuring operational excellence. The role may also involve analyzing data, solving problems effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational targets while maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in operations management, process improvement, and quality control
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Familiarity with food service or supply chain operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
