Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role based in New Delhi. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, guide and mentor team members, and ensure achievement of project goals and timelines. Responsibilities include planning and delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, analyzing challenges, and coordinating with management to align team activities with organizational objectives. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive team success.

• Proficiency in Project Management, Task Delegation, and Performance Monitoring
