Job Purpose
. To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for their region
Core Responsibilities:
. Focus on builder funding up to ₹15 Cr.
. Drive business through both direct builder engagement and DSA channels.
. Develop and execute territory-specific sourcing strategies.
. Build and maintain a builder database and DSA network.
. Regularly review deal pipeline and conversion ratios.
. Act as the escalation point for key accounts and issues.
. Liaise with product, credit, and legal teams to structure viable proposals.
. Conduct regular training for DSAs.
Key Skills:
. Team handling, channel development, and builder relationship management.
. In-depth knowledge of builder funding and LAP products.
. Strong leadership and analytical decision-making abilities.
Job Qualifications
Graduate : Yes (Diploma/ Degree in Civil/ Architecture)
