Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will focus on developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, collaborating with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, and preparing detailed sales reports. The role involves close coordination with hotel management teams to identify and address sales needs and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Candidate from the hospitality background will be preferred only.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in client relationship management and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills to identify market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Leadership qualities, including team management and the ability to collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality or hotel management industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
