Review and approve deliverables prepared by Assistant Engineers, Design Engineers, Senior Engineers, and CAD/BIM technicians.
Guide and troubleshoot technical challenges in bridge design, modelling, and structural assessment activities.
Ensure high-quality delivery of design drawings, reports, and 3D models within agreed timelines and budgets.
Coordinate project planning activities including scheduling, WBS preparation, and resource allocation.
Support preparation of tenders, proposals, and project budgets in coordination with tendering teams.
Use advanced structural analysis tools (LUSAS, SOFiSTiK, MIDAS, STAAD Pro) for bridge assessment and design verification.
Develop and review rehabilitation schemes for steel, composite, and concrete bridges.
Drive automation, sustainability initiatives, and process improvement within the team.
Mentor and supervise engineering staff, supporting their technical and professional development.
Provide inputs to technical leadership for staff growth, performance, and capability building.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
