Team Lead – Consumer Goods

• Lead engineering teams for design and implementation of complex automation systems

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including pre-sales, engineering, and site support activities

• Provide technical leadership across hardware, software, HMI, SCADA, and third-party integrations

• Define project execution strategy, scope management, and delivery plans with project managers

• Ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery

• Review and validate technical proposals for accuracy, risk, and execution feasibility

• Collaborate with global program managers and SMEs for solution design and delivery

• Guide proposal teams in estimation and technical validation activities

• Ensure adherence to SSB standards and engineering governance processes

• Drive process improvements and reusable engineering standards for cost optimization

• Manage team performance, capability development, and resource allocation

• Conduct commissioning support, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution

• Engage with global stakeholders including customers, sales, and engineering teams

• Ensure audit compliance and proper documentation of engineering deliverables

• Support AOP planning and business growth initiatives

• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency
