Cyber Security Data Engineer

• Design, implement, configure, and test SIEM and SOAR solutions for OT environments

• Integrate OT data sources such as IDS, EDR, PLC, SCADA, and industrial network logs into SIEM platforms

• Develop custom parsers, correlation rules, and normalization logic for OT-specific data

• Collaborate with OT and engineering teams to define security monitoring requirements

• Optimize SIEM performance, scalability, and reliability for industrial environments

• Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable OT security insights

• Tune alerts and rules to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy

• Maintain documentation for SIEM architecture, data sources, and operational procedures

• Coordinate with IT security teams for unified IT-OT threat visibility

• Research emerging OT cybersecurity threats and recommend improvements

• Provide training and support for SOC/security analysts on OT SIEM usage
