You'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across diverse technology domains in the US market
  • Conduct advanced (L2) screening to evaluate candidate suitability based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements
  • Analyze job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, Boolean search, social media, and professional networks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage daily team operations, ensuring delivery against recruitment targets and performance metrics
  • Monitor team productivity and share regular performance reports (MIS) with senior management
  • Drive team performance improvement through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback sessions
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and bi-weekly team meetings; document Minutes of Meetings (MOM)
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Maintain pipeline health through proactive networking and talent engagement strategies
  • Stay updated with technology trends and market insights to improve hiring effectiveness
  • Anticipate hiring demands and align recruitment strategies with long-term business goals
  • Uphold team discipline, work culture, and take ownership of additional responsibilities as required

You'll Need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, 4 plus years of experience into US staffing and 2 plus years into lead capacity
  • Possess an ability to walk and extra mile
