You'll do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across diverse technology domains in the US market
- Conduct advanced (L2) screening to evaluate candidate suitability based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements
- Analyze job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, Boolean search, social media, and professional networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage daily team operations, ensuring delivery against recruitment targets and performance metrics
- Monitor team productivity and share regular performance reports (MIS) with senior management
- Drive team performance improvement through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback sessions
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and bi-weekly team meetings; document Minutes of Meetings (MOM)
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Maintain pipeline health through proactive networking and talent engagement strategies
- Stay updated with technology trends and market insights to improve hiring effectiveness
- Anticipate hiring demands and align recruitment strategies with long-term business goals
- Uphold team discipline, work culture, and take ownership of additional responsibilities as required
