Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the Blade Service Engineering team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and competency development.
  • Organize resource planning, allocate workloads, and monitor execution.
  • Provide expert-level guidance for escalations.
  • Approve/review technical evaluations, reports, and RCA.
  • Oversee technical documentation.
  • Lead technical negotiations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track tasks.
  • Act as primary interface with global regions and partners.
  • Oversee delivery of technical training.
  • Supervise field evaluations and troubleshooting support.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years in blade service engineering.
  • 2+ years of team leadership.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong leadership.
  • Travel to global regions for reviews, training, and customer meetings.
