Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain filing systems (physical amp; digital records)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing export/import documentation (if applicable)
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Support day-to-day office operations
Required Skills amp; Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Any relevant field
- 12 years of experience as Secretary / Admin Executive / Office Assistant
- Good communication skills (written amp; verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of Exim documentation (preferred but not mandatory)
- Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills
