We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead to manage our stock market sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity, derivatives, and depository operations, along with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a high-performing team.

This role demands strong sales knowledge, regulatory compliance awareness, and the ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all stock market processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the stock market sales team.
• Oversee equity and derivatives trade processing, settlements, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and depository regulations.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in trade settlements, margins, and positions.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and depositories for smooth operations.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Implement process improvements and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• 36 years of experience in stock market operations/back-office/depository operations.
• In-depth knowledge of equity & derivatives settlement cycles, margins, and compliance norms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills.
• Good leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, MIS).
• NISM certifications preferred.
