Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret rebate contracts, eligibility conditions, payment structures, and financial impact.
Verify rebate claims against contract terms, sales performance data, and supporting documentation.
Validate data accuracy through detailed reconciliation of payments, accruals, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and external regulatory standards.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams or external partners.
Maintain an organized repository of all rebate-related agreements, amendments, and supporting documents.
Utilize rebate management tools/software for streamlined calculation, approval, and payment processing.
Approve rebate payments after thorough review, ensuring timely and error-free payouts.
Identify risks within rebate frameworks and propose corrective actions or process enhancements.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to address contract ambiguities and support decision-making.
