Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discussions to gather detailed business requirements for platform enhancements
- Translate business needs into structured documentation including user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Track, manage, and communicate requirements throughout the development lifecycle
Process Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze lease abstraction workflows using process mapping and workflow design techniques
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in existing business processes
- Design optimized workflows to enhance platform performance, scalability, and user experience
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for business users
Platform Performance & Data Analysis
- Review platform usage data, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance and adoption trends
- Perform deep-dive analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support data-driven decision-making through structured insights and reporting
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions between business teams, technical teams, and vendors
- Ensure alignment of requirements and solutions across stakeholders
- Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and progress effectively
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Testing & Validation
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate implemented features against business requirements
- Ensure delivered solutions meet functional and quality expectations
- Support issue resolution during testing and post-implementation phases
Change Management & Training
- Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation
- Conduct end-user training sessions and support adoption of new features
- Assist in change management activities to ensure smooth transition of new processes and systems
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to governance standards and regulatory requirements across platform processes
- Monitor compliance with internal data and operational policies
- Support audit and documentation requirements when needed
