Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thanagazi, Rajasthan, for a Teacher at FEA. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in English, digital literacy, and non-cognitive skills. Key responsibilities include conducting daily in-person classes, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment, tracking students progress, and encouraging lifelong learning and professional development. The Teacher will also participate in training sessions and collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the quality of education provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
  • Proficiency in Education and Teaching methodologies
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Training and mentorship activities is a plus
  • Passion for empowering youth through education and commitment to student success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, English, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Thanagazi
