Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Qualified Subject Teachers and Incharges at a Montessori English Medium School which is located in Guntur. The responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the holistic development of students. Teachers and incharges will also manage classroom activities, provide effective training, and maintain open communication with students, staff, and parents.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and Teaching to deliver engaging and age-appropriate content.
- Proficiency in Education principles and effective Training methods to guide students growth and learning.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and faculty effectively.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in teaching or educational administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Subject Specialization, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred).
- Passion for working with children, a positive attitude, and the ability to foster a supportive learning environment.
