Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Teacher specializing in NEET/JEE/IIT coaching, located in Noida. The Teacher will create and execute effective lesson plans, deliver engaging and personalized instruction, and ensure students understanding of challenging concepts in a structured manner. Regular responsibilities include conducting assessments, preparing students for competitive examinations, and supporting their academic progress. Collaboration with peers and providing feedback to improve teaching strategies is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum design for NEET/JEE/IIT exams
• Strong background in Education and subject-specific expertise
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students
• Experience in Teaching and guiding students for competitive exams
• Capability to conduct impactful Training and mentoring sessions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a classroom effectively
• Prior experience in NEET/JEE/IIT coaching is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
