A HR Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations within an organization. This includes overseeing HR compliances, HR operations, HR policies, and onboarding processes. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Compliances: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR. Keep updated with labor laws, employment contracts, and data protection regulations. Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records management, payroll, attendance tracking, leave management, and preparing HR reports. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data and documents.
HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with the organizations objectives and legal requirements. Communicate policies effectively to all employees and handle employee queries regarding HR policies.
