Role Summary
We are hiring execution-focused recruiters who can operate at scale using TARA (AI recruiter) to source, broadcast, screen, and push high-quality candidates through the funnel.
This role requires managing both:
- Top-of-funnel creation (job broadcasting across portals)
- Mid-funnel evaluation (AI-led screening and qualification)
Success depends on:
- Speed + judgment + structured execution
- Ability to manage 100+ candidate evaluations daily
- Consistent delivery of qualified pipelines leading to 10 hires/month per job
Key Outcomes (What success looks like)
- Upload and process 100 relevant candidate profiles/day per assigned job
- Broadcast jobs across multiple job portals to drive candidate inflow
- Deliver shortlisted, interview-ready candidates with high intent & fit
- Achieve 10 monthly selects per job
- Maintain strong inflow → conversion ratios
- Reduce turnaround time across screening → interview → closure
Core Responsibilities
- Broadcast job requirements across job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate consistent candidate inflow
- Use TARA AI to screen, assess, and qualify candidates at scale
- Conduct structured AI-led screening conversations (AIDA-based)
- Validate:
- Candidate intent & motivation
- Basic skill fit
- Compensation, location, notice period
- Ensure clean, complete, decision-ready candidate submissions
- Track and improve funnel metrics (inflow, screening, conversion) daily
Must-Have Skills
- Education: Bsc
- Experience in high-volume recruitment / RPO / frontline hiring
- Hands-on experience with job posting & sourcing via job portals
- Strong screening & probing skills (fast yet structured)
- Ability to handle large candidate volumes without quality drop
- Data orientation: understands funnel metrics & conversions
- Comfort using AI tools / ATS / job portals
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in GCC / tech / operations hiring
- Familiarity with structured interviewing frameworks (AIDA, competency-based)
- Exposure to AI-based screening or conversational tools
