Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, and English to join our growing team in Hyderabad. As a Language Specialist, you will handle customer queries and provide high-quality support for a leading process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls in Tamil and Malayalam.
Assist customers with queries professionally in English.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

Languages: Must be fluent in Tamil AND Malayalam (Speaking) and English (Written & Speaking).
Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate (12th Pass) can apply.
Experience: 0-1 year (Complete Freshers preferred).
Location: Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
Skills: Good communication, patience, and basic computer knowledge.
